Acne: Acne is primarily an adolescent related skin problem and hormones are the major culprit. There are many products on the market that help control acne lesions and showering after work outs and drinking lots of water will help. Depending on how bad your acne is you may want to consult your doctor about adding topical or oral treatments as well. Just don't pick!

Wash face 2X daily: Eating a healthy diet and working out is important. Get "over the counter" acne face wash containing Benzyl peroxide from the drug store and wash your face 2X a day, everyday. Do not pick the pimples. If they don't clear, see your doctor for a prescription medication
