Monitor cycles: hormonal fuctuations can make your cycle irregular.Keep a "menstrual diary" and checj the star and end of each cycle. If you hqave had unprotected sex,get aprenancy test, otherwise monitor for 2 months-or see GYN sooner if bleeding increases.
