Blood in semen: The blood in the semen itself I don't find to be concerning but with the rectal bleeding as well I have concerns about your liver function. If your liver is damaged then your blood clotting ability can be impacted causing generalized bleeding. The bottom line is that you should get checked out either by your pcp, gastroenterologist or hepatplogist.

Bleeding disorder : Bleeding in your rectum could be from hemorrhoids, proctitis, a sign of colon cancer or polyp or related to an under lying bleeding disorder. Having blood in your ejaculate may mean nothing but with your history of Hep C i would get a platelet count test, prothrombin time and if you haven't had screening for colon cancer you should think of doing this soon anyway

Here are some ...: Brown-red semen indicates you've hematospermia, which happens to quite a few men off and on resulting in their annoyance, anxiety, & fear, but fortunately the extensive medical experience in such over the past 4-5 decades confirms usually having nothing to worry about it and its empirical Rx with uncertain outcome. So, largely, reassurance with observation is the reasonable care for most.

Get checked: Get checked for the rectal bleeding to find the cause. There are many causes,so it makes no sense to guess the cause. The brownish red semen is a condition called hematospermia which is usually a benign condition treated, sometimes empirically(because cultures come back negative).Rarely it is more involved.See a urologist for this condition. Best wishes.
