Seasick!: "Seasickness" or motion sickness can happen with elevator rides. Not to worry if mild and goes away. If it gets worse or never gets better see your doc. Also consider the stairs for all or part of the distance. Then you will get a lot of good exercise at work, and won't have to go to the gym as much when you're off! A trick you might use, on the elevator, is to focus on one spot while its moving
