Shouldn't hurt: It won't hurt you, but you should be taking it only 4 times a day to provide the necessary levels of drug in your system

Dosage correction: Your Penicillin dose is for every 6 hours (4 times daily Total). Take 6am, noon, 6pm, and midnight for example. You can take a dose 1 hour early if need be as your sleep schedule requires, but no more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
