Burn: Treat it topically with a cool soothing cream like aloe. If it is red, raw, cystic, or oozing, you may even need to use a topical antibiotic like silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream to keep it from getting infected or to treat an infection. Pain meds like nsaid's may help with the pain. Time will eventually heal this wound. Best wishes.
