Most likely OK: Most likely not an issue, I would suggest you see you OB for a quick evaluation to rule out premature cervical dilatation.

Normal discharge: Vaginal discharge is very common during pregnancy. As long as it is clear, whitish, or a light cream/yellow color, you don't need to worry. If you notice discharge that is pink, red, brown, or green, or discharge that suddenly changes in characteristic- that is accompanied by pain or other symptoms, please contact your doctor.
