Yes: Not sure if you are asking about contacts or lens implants. Alt are bifocal, trifocal, no-line bifocal glasses. Implants can be multifocal or alternative is crystalens. New surgical options are pending.

Multifocal lenses: There are multifocal contact lenses and multifocal intraocular implants. People desire multifocal lenses (contact lenses and implants) for near vision. There is also mono-vision -- one eye for distance and another eye for near. I'm assuming that this is not for you because given your age, you do not need either.
