Unlikely: If you are having a normal menstrual bleed, even a few days late, means you aren't pregnant. It sounds like you might want to see a doctor about a reliable method of birth control unless you are hoping to become pregnant. If you are attempting pregnancy, ovulation predictor kits can be extremely useful and can be purchased over the counter. If you aren't already, I suggest taking prenatal vitamins
