Fracture consequence: Fractures in young people, especially if they are not fully or correctly treated/repaired, are a very common cause of arthritis (usually starting several years after the bone trauma or insult). You probably need an x-ray and anti-inflammatory treatment (Aleve, Ibuprofen, or a prescription), in addition to local ice and rest of the wrist as much as possible until feeling better. Good luck.
