Every time i poop i get a burning sensation in and around my anus. i am also wiping blood and my poo is always loose any advice?

Further evaluations: It sounds like you may have hemorrhoids. However, other etiologies can present similarly such as rectal trauma/tear. Treatment is mostly symptomatic management such as use of softer toilet paper and topical witch hazel. A colonoscopy/anoscopy by an appropriate specialist may be warranted

See your doctor: There can be many reasons for this. It sounds like an anal fissure. However without being able to examen you it is hard to say for sure. You should get an exam to rule out more serious conditions.
