? Bartholin cyst: Lumps in this area must be watched carefully because they could be a Bartholin's cyst. When the duct to the Bartholin's gland is blocked, the cyst can turn into an abscess (pus pocket) that must be treated with minor surgery by a primary care doctor or gynecologist. Applying clean warm/wet towels or warm sitz baths are okay for cyst. If pain and swelling increases, a doctor must check this.
