Bloating, itchy hands and feet, slight abdominal pain. i own a bar and live a terrible lifestyle, smoke and drink nearly everyday. could it be liver?

These could also be symptoms of a food allergy/intolerance. It is important to wean down alcohol use and eliminate foods one by one (esp. salty junk food) to see if there is any improvement. If not, a doctor needs to check this.
