Headache that causes: nausea is a succinct description for Migraine Headache, which can have a trigger(certain goods,red wine,etc.).Discus with doc.Excedrin Extra Strength,taken early on at onset of headache with a little food)can help block the pain.

See a doc: It is hard to give you a good answer without knowing more details- how long has it been going on, how long it lasts, other symptoms, your health history. First, if you are sexually active, you may be pregnant. Second, the most common reason for a headache is not drinking enough water throughout the day. However,I would strongly recommend seeing a doc to get it checked out!

Why.: Why do you get nervous at night. Difficulty sleeping can give you headaches. Try relaxation techniques before going to bed. A warm shower may also help. Consider taking to your doctor about medications to help you sleep
