Possibly : Or a back strain or kidney infection or menstrual cramping. It's too common a symptom to chalk up to pregnancy automatically. Take a pregnancy test and see!

Probably not: Not clear as to how far pregnant you might be but it would not be the first thing I would think of. Make sure you have taken a pregnancy test for yourself. Nausea, fatigue, and general malaise might be more of a sign. See you doctor if you think you are pregnant
