Not really: There is no way to tell you for sure. The April 12th date lines up with your due date. Sperm can live in the uterus for 3-5 days so it is possible that you conceived on the 8th. A paternity test after the baby is born will be the only sure way to determine who the father is.

VERY difficult: Unless you know exactly what day you ovulated, I think it would be incredibly difficult if next to impossible to know who the father is before your twins are born because the days are so close together. Normally when one is trying to conceive and knows exactly when they ovulate, they have a window of about 48 hours to conceive. You will most likely need a paternity test after the twins are born.
