Ideally, at age 21, given the number of Sexually Transmitted infections there are out there, it's best to use 2 forms of birth control, condom and something else like pill or ring. From last night: you can take plan B within 72 hours to prevent pregnancy. Need more info as to last menstrual period date and how long your cycles are. Bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. You really need to see a doctor and get on birth control. And you should use condoms to prevent STD;s especially since more than 1 partner.
