Yes: If you're sexually active you can always be pregnant. You didn't mention what type of birth control you are using? Ideally, at age 21, given the number of Sexually Transmitted infections there are out there, it's best to use 2 forms of birth control, condom and something else like pill or ring. You can take pregnancy test now to see if got pregnant from encounter 15 days ago.

From last night: you can take plan B within 72 hours to prevent pregnancy. Need more info as to last menstrual period date and how long your cycles are. Bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. You really need to see a doctor and get on birth control. And you should use condoms to prevent STD;s especially since more than 1 partner.
