herpes paranoia : can you get herpes through urine? can you get herpes through bed sheets? can you get herpes from the floor? sorry i'm just paranoid

Probably not: Herpes is spread by direct contact with the lesion on an infected person. It is not passed through the urine. There may be recorded instances of transmission through objects, but I have not read any personally. (One can never say never in medicine :) )
