Vitamin b6: We try using vitamin b6 initially. If this doesn't help, speak with your doctor to get prescription antiemetics. Goal is to be able to tolerate diet and hydrate yourself adequately. Over time the nausea and vomiting will subside. During pregnancy you want to try and limit use of medications unless really needed. Congratulations and good luck with your pregnancy.

Mint, ginger, water: Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Mint tea, ginger tea, and mint gum may also help. Sea Bands, sold over the counter and worn in the wrists, may also help to alleviate some nausea. Your doctor may also prescribe a medicine to help as well. Make sure you are taking your prenatal, and extra B vitamins may help as well.
