Maybe: Hello. Plan B typically causes spotting. If you had an "accident" only 3 days after your cycle ended, it could be well before ovulation depending on the length of your cycle. If you are (not) trying to get pregnant, you should discuss options with your regular doctor. You still should see your doctor to make sure you are not already pregnant if you had unprotected sex again that month.
