Maybe: The white blood cell count might be elevated. Most of us probably do not check a CBC when a person has genital herpes.

No: Herpes is a clinical diagnosis. CBC isn't affected and actually, even "herpes" blood work has pitfalls.

Possible: To get an elevated level of lymphocytes--those are the WBC's that generally fight viruses, it's not specific for herpes virus though....
