Doubtful: Sperm can live 4-5 days inside the female. If you ovulated six days after intercourse the odds are you are not pregnant. Spotting and nausea are probably meaningless. Plan B is 90% effective within 72 hours after intercourse. You have missed that window. I would wait until my period is due and take a home pregnancy test if necessary. You might be pregnant but the odds are against it.
