Possible, not likely: If you had protected sex and used withdrawal as well, your chances of getting pregnant are much less than if you didn't use any kind of birth control. Using two different kinds together increases the effectiveness of each. But the only way to be sure you don't get pregnant is to not have sex.

Probably not, but: It depends on the type of "protection" used and at what point did the withdrawal occur. If in doubt, talk to your doctor or take a pregnancy test at the ideal time (not too soon).
