Little to none.: For example, a bone scan of the entire skelatal systems imparts less radiation than a chest x-ray. Virtually all radionuclides emit gamma rays, which are not ionizing like\ Alpha and beta radiation. If you want to worry about radiation, look carefully at ct scans!
