May be nothing: 2 periods in a month are not uncommon since a month has 30 - 31 days most often and a normal cycle can be any where from 21 days to 35. If this is a significant change for you, you need to see your doctor. Peeing a lot can be a symptom of diabetes, an infection, or just drinking more liquids because it's hot.
