Not Really: Cramping 10 days post IUI may not be related to pregnancy. It is too early. It may mean that period is coming. It can also mean a completely different issue like an ovarian cyst that can happen with Clomid (clomiphene). It may be even related to implantation. So, it is best to just wait another 4 days and see if you need to do a pregnancy test. Good Luck!
