Several Things: Right-sided chest pain is typically more reassuring than left-sided chest pain. Urgent conditions are heart attack or lung clot. If no lightheadedness, shortness of breath, fatigue, sweating or radiation of pain, symptoms may be related to less concerning things like gas, gallbladder or chest wall muscle strain. Overall risk needs to be considered in the setting of any current medical conditions.
