Ulcer: Lisa, either your ulcer or your IBS could cause morning nausea. Make sure that you are complying with treatment for your ulcer. Some other helpful tips: Avoid alcohol, especially at night. Eat at least 3 hours before bedtime, and avoid smoking. All could contribute to your symptoms. If the symptoms worsen, or do not improve, see your doctor. Hope this helps!
