Concern reasonable : Diarrhea can sometimes precede the onset of labor. Dehydration and electrolyte problem as can be serious in late pregnancy. Especially given back and pelvic pressure you may have a urinary infection. Any of these problems may lead to preterm labor. Call the OB on call. It would be wise to go into the hospital to labor and delivery or the ER according to your OBs advice for an evaluation right away
