Is this your first?: Sometimes a first pregnancy takes longer than later pregnancies, but that's not a rule. What guidelines did your OB provide about when to present? You were told about the vaginal discharge that happens when your cervix dilates, right? That could be the cause of your discharge, maybe. But to be sure, you'd need to be examined. Contact your OB or present to your Birthing Center for the best answer.
