37 wks preg. contractions 15-20 min apart, sharp pain, achey back, more discharge, and nausea the past 2 days. should i go in to labor and delivery?

You were told about the vaginal discharge that happens when your cervix dilates, right? That could be the cause of your discharge, maybe. But to be sure, you'd need to be examined. Contact your OB or present to your Birthing Center for the best answer.
