UNLIKELY: Getting pregnant after a Tubal ligation, especially if done correctly, would be near impossible.

No: Pregnancy is rare after tubal ligation. There are reports of tubes recannulating (re forming) after sterilization. I have never seen this. So, the answer is no. If the tubal ligation fails, that is was done improperly, or if you were pregnant before the procedure (luteal-phase pregnancy undetected) then it is possible. Ectopic pregnancy could result after tubal ligation under those circumstances
