Getting pregnant: Ovulation occurs approximately 14 days before your period, in a typical 28-day cycle. If you do not have intercourse around the time you ovulate, then you cannot get pregnant. You are not considered to have any issues with fertility until you've been trying to get pregnant at the right time for an entire year. Be sure that this is the right time for you. Best wishes.
