Virilization?: Hi. Anything else with the male pattern baldness like hirsutism, voice deepening, clitoromegaly? Might consider an androgen excess condition. As for "platelet rich plasma treatments to the scalp", sorry, but no idea. Sounds like a perfectly good waste of platelet rich plasma that might otherwise help someone with thrombocytopenia! :-)
