Need care ASAP!: If you are unable to keep down fluids AND have diarrhea, you will get dehydrated. This can be dangerous for both you and your unborn child. You need immediate intervention. If you can't get in touch with your OB or don't have one, go to the nearest emergency department for help. You will need IV fluids and anti-nausea medication until this condition, known as hyperemesis gravidarium.
