Fertility specialist: Are often needed in these situations. Of course it is always recommended that women with PCOS exercise regularly and try to keep weight controlled. Diets that reduce sugar and that are high in fiber and vegetables/whole foods rather than processed are best. Sometimes adding metformin can be very successful in aiding PCOS patients achieve pregnancy. There's no substitute for expert advice though.
