It means that the: sex was so rough that you have damaged tissue with resultant swelling. I don't think you need to panic. We only have one body in this lifetime. It is our responsibility to take good care of that body. You are quite young - learn now to say NO to any sexual activity that hurts you.

Labial trauma: The "rough sex" ;caused trauma to the right labia and it is now reacting by swelling as white blood cells infiltrate the "bruised area" to effect healing. If still swollen in 3 to 5 days or if you feel a hard blood clot inside, see a MD.
