Legit: Your listed side-effects can be caused by Lexapro (escitalopram) (low sex drive and excessive sweating). The sweating is rare but legitately related. Libido has many contributors including age, testosterone levels, other illnesses, and psychological factors. 3 blood tests ok. Always thirsty/drinking water yet urine suggests i'm still dehydrated. Never used to drink much. Barely sweat and no excessive urine?
