Scrotum: It probably means some bleeding elsewhere has found its way into your scrotum. Given your multi-surgical GI history, it suggests bleeding in the lower abdomen. You need to to see your surgeon and/or GI doc ASAP. Its also possible you are bleeding from a blood anti-coagulation issue. Maybe too much ibuprofen and/or other drugs.

Medication?: This could be due to the ibuprofen you take, or to other recent meds such as aspirin or steroids. Need to be sure it's not due to a mass in the scrotum. See your doctor and get checked. Good luck!
