What do you suggest if my last period was feb 9 and i just got a sonogram that said i'm 4 weeks along. when could i have possibly conceieved?

Likely 4 weeks ago: Ultrasounds in the first trimester are most accurate at predicting date of conception and/or age of a fetus. The ultrasound report should also provide +/- range of days for the age estimate (ex: Ultrasound age 4 weeks +/- 3 days)
