Props to Yourself!: It sounds like you had a really good workout in the gym. Abdominal pain after a heavy workout means your muscles are getting stronger. It may also mean that you are dehydrated and cramping. Drink a bottle of electrolyte and a bottle of water. A balanced workout regime will exercise a muscle group one day and rest it the next day.
