Not pregnant: It is very likely you are not pregnant. Your "implantation bleeding" was likely one of your irregular periods. It sounds like you have had multiple negative pregnancy tests. That means you are not pregnant. See a gynecologist about your irregular periods. At age 45, you could be starting to enter in to menopause and that's the reason you're skipping periods.
