Not proven: The product you are describing does not seem to have any scientific study to support its effectiveness, at least that I can find. From the product's website, it seems to consist of a blend of seven herbs, none of which have proven medicinal properties. Nutmeg in particular contains a psychoactive compound, myristicin, which may have mood and psychotic effects.
