Minimal effect: Blepharitis is a dandruff like infection of the eyelids. At its worst, it might dump some debris in the eye causing irritation to disturb the vision a little. If you have blepharitis and your vision is being disturbed, then you may have a second problem and should have it evaluated by your ophthalmologist.
