Possibly: 5-fu is a type of chemotherapy. It has been tried as a treatment for condylomata accuminata (genital warts) by injecting it under the warts. So far, this hasn't worked very well. There is a high recurrence rate. 5-fu gel is also used to treat superficial cancers (like skin cancer). 5-fu given by vein can be used to treat other types of gynecologic cancers.
