This depends on location of the head aches and if you have relief from this with medications, like over the counter meds - Tylenol, advil etc.

Depends upon the cause. If this is a severe headache coming on suddenly when you never have had previous such events, it may be wise to see your doctor and investigate this.

Did you recently experience a traumatic event? Have you just incurred a stressful or anxious situation? Are you under any medication? All could be a factor. See your PCP if the headaches continue.
