Only if you feel bad: Low blood pressure is only bad if you feel poorly eg faint, weak, woozy, dizzy etc. However, as long as you can go about doing whatever you want to do, then lower is better. The opposite isn't true. Even if you feel nothing bad w/BP greater than 140-150/90, high BP (or hypertension) increases risk for stroke, heart failure & chronic kidney disease. So keep track of BP & discuss w/your doc.
