Nerve get'n pressure: Could be that the baby's head (or body) is pressing up against a nerve. I would probably rest, lay down for a while. The discharge could be normal, but if it persists, touch base with your OB

See a Doctor: Please see your Obstetrician. Some amount of numbness may be normal due to pressure of the enlarging uterus. Some amount of increased vaginal discharge is normal in pregnancy. It can be clear or white. It is therefore best to see a doctor.
