Start with topical : hydrogen peroxide twice a day and schedule to see dermatologist for treatment. I still prefer to lance core which is where the virus is, but some may disappear with peroxide.

Options : You could have them frozen, but that will leave tiny dot-like scars forever. It is better to let them run their course. They will go away eventually.
