Rule out infection: The discharge could be normal for pregnancy but your doctor can easily rule out other causes of vaginal discharge. Your urine may just be concentrated from not drinking enough fluids, but urinary tract infections are more common in pregnancy so you should get a urine culture to be sure.For more information www.askyourgynecologist.org
