A member asked:

Semen report total count 90 miln/ml, active motile 25%, not motile 55% is it normal report & pregnancy can occur. total in range and is this recvrabl?

See Answer: Though your motility is somewhat low (normal: >50% sperm progressively motile), your sperm count is very good and certainly pregnancy is a definite possibility. Some feel the most important single number in the Semen Analysis evaluation is the Total Progressively Motile Sperm per Ejaculate which should be ≥ 12.5 million (multiply sperm count/ml x semen volume in mL x % sperm progressively motile).
